Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Kathmandu. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing databases, optimizing application performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and deployment processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, API design, and working with databases.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance, security, and scalability.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kathmandu, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently is required.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
