About The Role
As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation and growth of Aonic. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and launch the Aonic Club membership MVP on our existing Shopify and Recharge stack, targeting an October 1st launch. Beyond this initial project, you will own the development of our consumer mobile app, the AI agents that automate our operations, and the internal systems that support our business functions. This role offers broad and demanding ownership, ideal for an engineer who has successfully shipped consumer products and seeks to have a tangible impact. You will be responsible for building scalable, reliable, and compliant software solutions, ensuring optimal performance, privacy adherence, and seamless user experiences. Qualifications
- Experience shipping a consumer digital product used by real customers
- Proficiency in full-stack development with TypeScript/React, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Track record of deploying reliable, scalable software in production environments
- Degree from a top-tier university in engineering, science, math, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, ambitious mindset, and eagerness to take on responsibility
- Excellent work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Build and maintain the Aonic Club web application on Shopify + Recharge, including post-launch improvements
- Monitor and optimize website performance, app responsiveness, and third-party integrations for compliance and efficiency
- Design and implement the architecture, technology stack, and security protocols for the membership platform
- Lead the development of the consumer mobile app (iOS-first) using React Native, expanding community engagement
- Create and deploy AI-powered agents and internal tools to automate operational workflows with monitoring and human oversight
- Leverage AI, automation, and low-code solutions to enhance speed, quality, and scalability across all functions
- Develop internal scripts, workflows, and tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on high-priority, ad-hoc projects, product decisions, and infrastructure improvements
