About The Role

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and scaling production systems
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, including system design and architecture
- Hands-on experience with gRPC, event-driven architecture, and clean, versioned APIs
- Fluency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Temporal, and Dagster
- Experience with databases including Postgres, DynamoDB, and Snowflake
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and make informed tradeoffs
- Curiosity about AI, complex systems, and a motivation to innovate within foundational industry infrastructure
- Develop and maintain the core components of our AI-native platform, including backend services, event workflows, and user interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features rapidly and iteratively
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from system architecture to deployment and monitoring
- Shape and scale infrastructure components such as observability tools, permissions management, and developer tooling
- Participate in designing resilient, scalable, and maintainable systems that support automation and AI integration
- Stay unblocked, act with urgency, and prioritize tasks that deliver maximum impact
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and the cultivation of a strong engineering culture
