• Own features from idea → production
• Build modern frontend applications with React + TypeScript
• Develop backend services using Python + Django
• Work across APIs, PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure
• Understand the user problem before jumping into the code
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality and scalability
• Use AI tooling as part of your day-to-day development workflow
• Ship, gather feedback and continuously improve what you’ve built
