About The Role

The role involves building and scaling user-facing products and robust backend services that handle high-volume user traffic. This position sits at the intersection of frontend interactivity and backend reliability, ensuring seamless performance across the entire application lifecycle.

The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and deploy features that directly impact millions of users. The team prioritizes clean architecture, automated testing, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js or Go on the backend
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational schemas using PostgreSQL and Redis to support highly concurrent transactions
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs designed for low latency, high availability, and security
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks to maintain high code quality standards
• Optimize application performance for web platforms, identifying bottlenecks using APM tools and browser profiling
• Participate in system design discussions, write technical design documents, and conduct thorough peer code reviews
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience working across the full stack in a production environment
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and server-side runtimes like Node.js or Go
• Proven experience designing relational database schemas and optimizing complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, browser performance, security best practices (OWASP), and state management
• BS or MS in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure, or building native/hybrid mobile applications with React Native
