Role Direction:

Traze is building a global trading platform centered around the trader experience. We are looking for software engineers who are keen on new technologies, have a sense for product experience, and can leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency — to help transform Traze from a traditional broker system into a simpler, more efficient, and more user-friendly global trading App.

This is not just about "taking requirements and writing code." You will work alongside Product, Design, QA, and Operations in product-line squads to iterate rapidly and deliver value around the real trader experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in R&D for Traze App's core product lines — including Accounts & User Operations, Onboarding, KYC, Trading Execution, Fund Management, Rewards Hub, Community & Copy-Trading, Education Tools, Back Office, and more

- Complete related frontend, backend, API, service, data, and tooling work based on product goals and user journeys

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and Operations — participating in the full product lifecycle from requirement review and technical design through development, testing, launch, and post-launch review

- Leverage AI coding tools to improve R&D efficiency — including code generation, refactoring, API documentation, unit testing, troubleshooting, and automation scripting

- Proactively research and adopt mature open-source components, PaaS platforms, cloud services, and automation tools to boost development velocity and avoid redundant work

- Participate in componentization, platformization, and engineering infrastructure — building reusable capabilities across accounts, permissions, messaging, campaigns, risk control, funds, trading, content, community, and more

- Ensure system stability, performance, security, and maintainability — guaranteeing the reliable operation of trading pipelines, fund flows, and user journeys

- Support rapid iteration and continuous delivery — helping the team evolve from traditional manual development toward a more automated, intelligent, and efficient R&D model

- Participate in production troubleshooting, performance optimization, logging & monitoring, automated deployment, and quality improvement

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of software development experience — frontend, backend, full-stack, or mobile development backgrounds are all welcome

- Proficient in at least one mainstream tech stack — such as Java, Go, Python, Node.js, React, Vue, TypeScript, Flutter, React Native, or similar

- Experience with full-cycle product development — understanding the complete process from requirements, design, development, testing, and launch through to iteration

- Basic understanding of C-end product experience — not just completing technical tasks, but also caring about user journeys, interaction experience, and product outcomes

- Keen interest in new technologies and tools — proactive in using AI, open-source components, PaaS platforms, and automation tools to improve efficiency

- Proficient with common development tools and technologies — Git, CI/CD, API debugging, log analysis, basic databases, caching, message queues, and more

- Strong code quality mindset — able to write clean, stable, and maintainable code

- Strong sense of ownership — able to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution

- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with Product, QA, Design, and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in FinTech, internet brokerages, FX/CFD, trading platforms, payments, wallets, risk control, KYC/AML, or fund systems

- Experience developing C-end Apps, e-commerce, community, content, or tool-based products

- Familiarity with trading order flow, market data, positions, orders, deposits/withdrawals, rebates, copy-trading, risk control, and related business scenarios

- Experience with high-concurrency, low-latency, high-availability systems

- Experience with microservices, cloud-native platforms, PaaS platforms, business middleware, or componentized platform development

- Proficient with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code

- Experience with automated testing, automated deployment, monitoring & alerting, and DevOps

- English proficiency as a working language

岗位职责：

- 参与 Traze App 核心产品线的研发工作，包括账户与用户运营、Onboarding、KYC、交易执行、资金管理、Rewards Hub、社区跟单、教育工具、Back Office 等模块

- 根据产品目标和用户旅程，完成前端、后端、接口、服务、数据、工具等相关研发工作

- 与产品经理、UIUX、测试、运营协作，从需求评审、技术方案、开发实现、测试上线到效果复盘，全流程参与产品迭代

- 使用 AI coding 工具提升研发效率，包括代码生成、代码重构、接口文档、单元测试、问题排查、自动化脚本等

- 主动研究和使用成熟开源组件、PaaS 平台、云服务、自动化工具，提升研发效率，减少重复造轮子

- 参与组件化、平台化和工程化建设，沉淀可复用能力，包括账户、权限、消息、活动、风控、资金、交易、内容、社区等业务组件

- 关注系统稳定性、性能、安全性和可维护性，保障交易链路、资金链路、用户链路的可靠运行

- 支持快速迭代和持续交付，推动团队从传统手工开发模式升级为更自动化、更智能化、更高效的研发模式

- 参与线上问题排查、性能优化、日志监控、自动化部署和质量改进

任职要求：

- 3 年以上研发经验，前端、后端、全栈、移动端方向均可

- 熟悉至少一种主流技术栈，例如 Java、Go、Python、Node.js、React、Vue、TypeScript、Flutter、React Native 等

- 有完整产品研发经验，理解从需求、设计、开发、测试、上线到迭代的完整流程

- 对 C 端产品体验有基本理解，不只是完成技术任务，也能关注用户路径、交互体验和产品效果

- 对新技术、新工具敏感，愿意主动使用 AI、开源组件、PaaS 平台、自动化工具提升效率

- 熟练使用 Git、CI/CD、接口调试、日志排查、基础数据库、缓存、消息队列等常见研发工具和技术

- 有良好的代码质量意识，能写出清晰、稳定、可维护的代码

- 具备较强的 owner 意识，能主动发现问题、提出方案并推动解决

- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与产品、测试、设计、运营高效配合
