Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in .NET and React, looking to take technical ownership of a centralized software platform and UI component library? Want to play a key role in shaping the modern infrastructure driving North American power grid operations and simulation solutions?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly growing company at the forefront of power grid operations, resource adequacy, and transmission reliability solutions across North America for over two decades. You will join a specialized Platform Engineering group building the shared software platform and UI kit that industry-standard product lines are migrating onto, playing a direct role in supporting internal product teams and enterprise clients.
In this platform engineering position, you will step up to drive the design, development, and scaling of core shared services, authentication workflows, and reusable React components. You’ll collaborate with a fast-paced team to maintain backward compatibility, support integration engineers, and serve as a technical anchor for developers across the organization.lding developer-focused tooling, full-stack architecture, and seeing their code directly impact critical infrastructure across the electric grid.

The Role:
*Build and maintain the shared React component library.
*Develop core .NET and ASP.NET Core platform services.
*Support integration engineers through product migration phases.
*Optimize database interactions using PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.
*Maintain versioning, backward compatibility, and developer documentation.
The Person:
*Experience building full-stack applications with .NET and React.
*History designing reusable components, libraries, or developer APIs.
*Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
*Strong grasp of modern authentication and authorization patterns.
*US Citizen or Green Card Holder
