About the Role:

We are looking for an Expert Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) with strong architectural background and deep experience in enterprise-scale distributed systems. You will join an international team on a high-impact, long-term project in a 100% remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and develop resilient, high-throughput backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive, scalable, and reactive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, modern state management, and component-based design.
• Implement distributed systems best practices, including API-first architecture, service resilience, circuit breaker patterns, service discovery, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, ensuring high code quality, system observability, and engineering standards.

Key Requirements:

• Total Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise-scale systems.
• Core Backend (Expert): Deep proficiency in Java, Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, Microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Core Frontend: 4+ years of focused experience in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and reactive UI patterns.
• Distributed Systems: Proven experience in scalable architectures, service resilience, API design, and performance optimization.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1/C2 Level) — mandatory for daily communication in an international environment.
• Career Stability: Clear history of project continuity and long-term commitment in previous roles (no job-hopping).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and professional maturity.
