Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer at Blue Arc Welds ME. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support internal operations, customer-facing platforms, and product-related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating front-end interfaces and back-end services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The engineer will also help improve development processes, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous deployment and integration practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure, scalable server-side logic.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to support high-quality, reliable releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or hardware-focused environments is a plus but not required.
