The Role

We are seeking a high-integrity, detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to join our in-house team, in Thessaloniki-Greece. You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining our core tracking engine, and ensuring the absolute reliability of a platform that handles thousands of real-time data points. This is a "founding-level" engineering role where you will have a direct impact on the product’s architecture and future scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable features for our web-based GPS platform and RESTful APIs.
• System Reliability: Maintain 99.9% uptime by writing clean, well-documented, and bug-free code.
• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize the existing codebase to reduce technical debt and improve system response times.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal systems and external API users.

Required Technical Stack

• Backend: [PHP] – Expertise in building high-concurrency real-time systems.
• Frontend: [ Vue.js / JavaScript] – Ability to build responsive UI, design * optimize data driven dashboards.
• Database: Experience with high-volume data storage (PostgreSQL & MySQL) and Redis for caching.
• APIs: Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with Cloud & CDN infrastructure and Version Control (Git).

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex tasks on time with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a "product-first" mindset.
• Experience in telematics, IoT, or real-time tracking is a major plus.
• Experience with GO! will be a major plus
