We are looking for software engineers to join us, with a focus on frontend, backend, mobile app development, or a combination of these. You will work in a small team on a mature product that is continuously evolving. Decisions are made collaboratively, and engineers are closely involved in shaping solutions. The work involves:

  • Improving performance, reliability, and scalability where needed
  • Reviewing, discussing, and refining technical approaches
  • Contributing ideas and providing constructive feedback

Tech Stack (depending on focus)
  • Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Mobile: Ionic, Capacitor, Cordova (hybrid apps)
  • Backend: Go, PHP, REST APIs, cloud-based backend services
  • General: Reactive Programming, TDD, CI/CD

You do not need experience in all areas. What matters is having a clear focus and the willingness to learn where needed.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in software development (frontend, backend, and/or mobile)
  • Solid knowledge in at least one of the areas above
  • A structured and self-reliant way of working
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An interest in writing high-quality, long-lasting code
  • Comfortable working proficiency in English and German
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a small, international team and values clear, respectful communication
  • Experience with hybrid mobile apps (nice to have)
  • Cloud or API experience (nice to have)
  • Interest in aviation or safety-critical systems

What We Offer
  • Fully remote role
  • Flexible working hours
  • Fair compensation depending on experience
  • Short decision-making paths and room to shape things
  • A motivated, pragmatic team
  • Continuous learning, personal development, and responsibility
  • A product that increases safety in the real world

This is a remote role intended for candidates based in Europe, Australia or New Zealand.

Applicants must be able to work from their location on a long-term and stable basis and have the legal right to do so.
