2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications that connect and improve the health system. Working in an Agile environment, this role is responsible for building solutions that enhance clinical, administrative, and financial workflows. The position leverages modern development tools, including AI coding assistants, to streamline processes, drive innovation, and contribute to reliable, scalable healthcare software.
3. Responsibilities:
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools and coding assistants to improve development efficiency
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, for software design and innovation
• Apply coding skills to develop and maintain software according to team guidelines
• Automate software deployment, quality checks, and operational tasks
• Develop understanding of software architectures in relation to business needs
• Participate in Agile development and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Use algorithms and data structures to resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with senior engineers to support software reliability and operations
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a focus on responsible AI use
4. Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a modern programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• At least 2 years working in Agile development frameworks
• At least 2 years experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred:
• Bachelor''s degree or 4+ years equivalent software engineering experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience in automating unit testing and quality assurance
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment
• Benefits include comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility)
