Assetera is a regulated (MiFID) brokerage for tokenized securities and real-world assets. We run a marketplace and the API rails that let banks and brokers offer our instruments to their own customers; a true B2B2C platform. We're a small, senior team building a modern, identity-first, multi-tenant stack to replace a legacy monolith, so there's a lot of greenfield and real ownership on offer.

THE ROLE

You'll own our frontend architecture and ship regulated fintech features end-to-end. Next.js frontends plus the Node/BFF glue when a feature needs it. You'll set the conventions the rest of the team builds on, contribute to our design system, and record the big calls as ADRs.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years shipping production web apps, deep in React and TypeScript, strong with Next.js App Router
• A component-driven, design-system mindset (Tailwind, tokens, variants) and a strict-TypeScript habit
• Enough full-stack range to ship through a Node/Postgres BFF without waiting on backend
• A real grasp of web auth (OIDC/OAuth2, sessions, HttpOnly cookies, JWTs)
• Testing, accessibility, and performance as defaults, backed by clear written communication
