This position requires working from our office in Algiers.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our development team and contribute to the development of a modern, scalable digital platform with a high number of users.

You will be responsible for designing and developing the core backend architecture, building secure APIs, integrating external services, and ensuring the reliability and performance of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Contribute to a modular monolithic architecture designed for scalability and maintainability.
• Develop modules covering authentication, users, content/catalog management, access rights, subscriptions, billing, and notifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Work with PostgreSQL for data management.
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Integrate external services and third-party APIs.
• Integrate operator and payment-related services such as OTP, Flexy, and SATIM.
• Ensure backend security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Work closely with Web and Mobile developers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Professional experience with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis.
• Strong understanding of REST API design.
• Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / JWT.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization systems.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Good understanding of backend security and performance optimization.
• Good knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
