Senior Full-Stack Developer  (React.js / Laravel)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS and PHP/Laravel to join our engineering team. In this role, you will own end-to-end feature development, building highly responsive, pixel-perfect frontends and connecting them to robust, secure, and scalable backend APIs. As a senior member, you will also play a key role in system architecture, code quality, and mentoring junior developers

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Build scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern state management (Redux, Context API).

- Develop reusable, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Optimize frontend assets and application structure for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO optimization.

Backend Development & API Integration

- Design and implement highly secure, scalable server-side logic using the Laravel PHP framework.

- Create, document, and maintain high-throughput RESTful or GraphQL APIs for frontend consumption.

- Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL), writing efficient Eloquent queries and maintaining data integrity.

Architecture & Code Quality

- Take full ownership of features from technical specification all the way through to production deployment.

- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and standard design patterns.

- Lead engineering initiatives by conducting thorough code reviews and proactively identifying architectural risks.

Collaboration & DevOps

- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to translate product ideas into software.

- Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and estimation sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience

·  5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

·  3+ years of dedicated, hands-on production experience with React.js.

·  3+ years of dedicated, hands-on production experience with Laravel.

Technical Competencies

- Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and the React lifecycle.

- Mastery and deep familiarity with Laravel ecosystems (e.g., routing, queues, middleware, and database migrations).

-  Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing complex relational database queries.

-  Proficiency with version control tools, specifically advanced Git workflows.

-  Strong product thinking with an ability to identify technical edge cases and suggest practical solutions.

- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take full ownership of deliverables.
