Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will work across both front-end and back-end technologies to build end-to-end solutions that deliver outstanding user experiences and support business objectives.

The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building reliable, maintainable, and innovative applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance back-end services and APIs.
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and product requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of back-end development, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
