About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our innovative product offerings, ensuring seamless user experiences, and driving technological advancements. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience in backend and frontend development, with a strong command of modern technologies. Expertise in Java and Spring Boot is essential, complemented by proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Material UI. You should have substantial experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and migration projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, is required, along with a solid understanding of AI-native engineering principles. Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) are crucial to effectively collaborate across disciplines. A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and a passion for innovation will set you apart.

Responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for the development and enhancement of our software products, actively participating in requirement gathering, design, implementation, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate within a modern microservice architecture to ensure efficient communication and integration between services, contributing to the scalability and robustness of our platform.
• Lead initiatives to incorporate AI technologies and automate workflows, positioning the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Participate in discovery and delivery phases, defining requirements, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Evaluate and decide on new tools, frameworks, and approaches to optimize development processes and product performance.
• Act as a bridge between development, product management, UX, and other teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful project outcomes.
