Who This Role Is For 

As a Junior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team, ship real code to production early, and get honest feedback that helps you grow fast. We don't expect you to know everything, we expect you to be curious, ask good questions, and take ownership of what you build. We'll help you with the rest.

What You'll Do

Contribute to features across our backend (Node.js / Express.js / MongoDB) and frontend — with guidance and code review while you learn the stack

Read existing code, figure out what it does, and trace bugs to their actual cause instead of just patching over them

Write clean, readable code and document what you learn along the way

Work async and manage your own time, and meetings with the team.

Ask questions when something doesn't make sense — good questions are a sign of good engineering, not a lack of it

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience

Comfortable with JavaScript and a basic understanding of how the web works end-to-end

Real projects to show — personal, freelance, or college work counts (tutorials don't)

Able to read someone else's code and roughly understand what it does

Genuinely curious when something breaks — you want to know why, not just make the error disappear

Know how a few popular sports are played and scored (basketball, soccer, tennis, etc.)

Must Have

Understanding about MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase, and Ruby on Rails

Understanding about Node.js, Express.js, or Flutter

Understanding about Sports in general

Understanding Scheduler, Jobs, etc.

Understanding about State Management

Understanding
