Some of your responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality features across web and mobile backends, end-to-end
• Develop scalable APIs and services; collaborate with mobile engineers and data teams
• Design and operate core backend infrastructure: caching (Redis), queues/jobs, and background workers
• Work on frontend surfaces when needed (admin panels, growth dashboards, landing pages)
• Own architecture decisions, performance, reliability, and security best practices
• Improve reliability and delivery: monitoring/alerting, incident response, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver great UX with fast iteration cycles
• Instrument analytics and events to support growth experiments and product insights
• Write clean, testable code; contribute to code reviews, CI/CD, and engineering standards

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer (or strong proof of end-to-end ownership in shipped products)
• Strong fundamentals in backend development (APIs, databases, authentication, caching)
• Hands-on experience with Redis and relational databases (PostgreSQL), including performance tuning basics
• Solid frontend skills (React, React Native) and an eye for UX quality
• Experience with modern TypeScript/Node.js (or you can ramp up quickly)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, observability, and deployment workflows (Docker, CI/CD)
• Product-minded: you understand how engineering choices impact user experience and growth
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Bonus: experience with mobile app ecosystems, subscriptions/payments, or data pipelines
