Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to build pixel-perfect, hyper-responsive, and ultra-fast web experiences at Outgle. In this role, you will convert Figma designs into clean, modular HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code, implement GSAP micro-animations, optimize Core Web Vitals, and build interactive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop semantic, accessible HTML5 and modular CSS3/Sass stylesheets.
• Build dynamic client-side interactions and GSAP / ScrollTrigger animations.
• Optimize web pages for 90+ Lighthouse Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
• Ensure seamless responsive behavior across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Integrate frontend forms with backend REST endpoints via asynchronous Fetch/AJAX.
• Participate in code reviews, UI audits, and cross-browser testing.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with HTML5, Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3.
• Experience with GSAP, Lenis Smooth Scroll, or WebGL animation libraries.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, asset compression, and Critical CSS rendering.
• Proficiency with Git, npm, and modern build workflows (Vite / ESBuild).
• Attention to design details and ability to execute UI handoffs flawlessly.
