About The Role

As a Software Developer at UrbanLink Networks, you will build internal applications, automation tools, and user-facing dashboards that connect field operations to cloud processing. You will work across the stack—from UI and APIs to integration with GIS and data services.

What you'll do

• Develop web applications and microservices supporting data capture, validation, and reporting workflows
• Implement integrations with GIS platforms, spatial APIs, and infrastructure data stores
• Build automation scripts and scheduled jobs that reduce manual handoffs for program teams
• Write clean, tested code with attention to security, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate in code reviews and iterative delivery with systems engineers and analysts
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2+ years professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
• Comfort with Git, code review, and incremental deployment practices
• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent portfolio of shipped work
  
  

Nice to have

• React, Vue, or similar front-end framework experience
• Mapping libraries or GIS SDK familiarity
• Cloud functions, serverless, or containerized deployment experience
