Our client is a growing GovTech SaaS company in a highly regulated space.

They are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer with a strong Ruby on Rails background who enjoys solving challenging backend problems and taking ownership of meaningful product features.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Significant production Ruby on Rails experience (required)
• Strong PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and backend architecture skills
• Experience building complex workflows, APIs, and authorization systems
• React or Next.js experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• 100% remote
• Compensation: $120K–$150K base + equity and comprehensive benefits
