Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, fast learning Frontend Engineer to join our

growing development team. In this role, you will work closely with the Software Engineering

Lead to ship enterprise level systems, where an understanding of scalable frontend

architecture is crucial to shipping such applications. This is an on-site job so please apply only if you are able to commute to our location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Implementation: Accurately translate high fidelity Figma mockups and

prototypes into responsive, interactive, and pixel perfect UI components, adhering

strictly to established design systems (such as Material 3 principles).

• API Integration: Connect the frontend interfaces seamlessly with our core backend

APIs and middleware, ensuring smooth data flow for real time point calculations

and customer synchronization.

• AI Assisted Development: Effectively leverage AI development assistants (such as

Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT) to accelerate boilerplate code generation, optimize

component styling, write comprehensive UI tests, and quickly comprehend new

frameworks.

• System Design Collaboration: Participate in architectural discussions, absorbing

core frontend system design principles (like component reusability, state

management, and separation of concerns) to ensure the UI scales elegantly.

• Code Quality & Testing: Write strict unit and component tests to ensure the

reliability of the user interfaces. Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high

engineering standards.

Core Technical Skills:

• Frontend Foundations: Solid understanding of modern web or mobile

development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with

hands on experience in a major frontend framework preferably React JS.

• UI/UX Sensibility: A strong eye for detail with a proven ability to bridge the gap

between design and technical implementation using tools like Figma.

• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands on experience or highly proficient familiarity with using

AI assisted coding tools to improve development speed and efficiency.

• Web Services & Integration: Familiarity with consuming REST APIs, handling

asynchronous requests, and managing frontend state.

• Version Control: Hands on experience with Git (branching, committing, code

reviews, and pull requests).

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with cross platform frameworks such as React Native.

• Experience with automated UI testing tools.
