Role: Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing the core product using Python backend and React frontend.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, product managers, designers, and engineers to build a high-quality product.
• Develop critical features with attention to detail and maintainable code.
• Own features end-to-end, including requirements, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience building complex web applications, preferably with Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Passion for delivering exceptional products and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, proactive work ethic, and adaptability.
• Willingness to participate in a mandatory onsite onboarding, with subsequent remote work.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
