InsiderCX is a fast-growing startup helping private healthcare providers improve patient experience and protect their reputation. We work with clinics and hospitals across Europe, turning patient feedback into actionable insights.

We are currently building a new version of our platform, which is live in 6 European countries (UK, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, BiH, Slovenia) and planned to expand to 4 new countries in 2026. You will work on a platform that processes 500,000+ patients yearly and leverages proprietary AI models for extracting patient feedback (also sprinkling some LLMs on top!).

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, robust backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
• Build performant, well-organized REST APIs — and then consume them in our Angular frontend
• Launch production-ready features from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment
• Work with PostgreSQL: schema design, queries, data integrity and security
• Optimize background processors, scheduled jobs, and third-party integrations
• Implement AI-powered features end to end, integrating LLM APIs and our proprietary models into real product workflows
• Build frontend features in Angular: reusable components, services, clean and responsive UI
• Write clean, testable, well-structured code across both sides of the stack
• Take features from ticket to production, keeping the end user's experience in mind
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Deliver fast and often

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with NestJS, Express, Fastify, or a similar backend framework
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with a component-based frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue) and modern HTML/CSS
• Comfortable with SCSS/CSS and responsive layout patterns
• Experience integrating REST APIs from the frontend side
• Familiarity with Git workflows (feature branches, PRs)
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Curious, reliable, and self-driven engineer — able to make reasonable calls without waiting to be told
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Experience with an ORM (TypeORM, MikroORM, Prisma) and API security
• Experience with distributed systems, background jobs, or message queues
• Background in data-processing pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized apps
• Experience with cloud platforms (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI model APIs or integrating AI-driven workflows
• Experience with PrimeNG or a similar UI library, RxJS, or charting libraries
• Understanding of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
