Senior Software Engineer - TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, AWS + AI

Our client is an AI SaaS startup in the medical sector which received an $8M Series A in Q1 2026, have 50 employees (and growing) and are already cash positive + profitable! They are looking for a strong Snr engineer to join their team with the following skills;

• Strong exposure to Typescript, Node.js, Nest.js & React.js (the role will be weighted backend and React exposure will be helpful)
• Practical experience building and deploying applications in AWS (e.g. ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, IAM) – architecture and infrastructure ownership not required.
• Confidence using AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, autonomous working environment

There is huge growth opportunity for both this role, and the company as a whole, and you would be joining a passionate team in working through both feature led work and enhancing code quality & architecture to allow for a more scalable platform moving forward.

The role is fully remote, but working EST hours, and so you would need to be comfortable with 8.30am et to 4.30am et hours.

Salary is to circa $140k - $175k USD (depending on experience) + package.
