Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Vienna, VA, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end
web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end components. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring
security and reliability across the stack. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, and supporting deployment and maintenance in
cloud or on-premises environments. The engineer will also help troubleshoot production issues, refine technical requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
- Practical skills in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, server-side frameworks, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to integrate front-end and back-end components within secure, scalable architectures, preferably in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Relevant experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or working with government or regulated clients is a plus.
