Role Description This is a full-time Full-stack Developer role based in Algiers, with a hybrid work model that allows part of the work to be performed from home. The Full-stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Day-to-day tasks include implementing user interfaces, developing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and improving development workflows and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure authentication and authorization.
• Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Algiers, with good time management and self-organization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices is a plus.
