Founding Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows
• Develop customer-facing applications and internal operational tools
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external systems
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and system performance
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and solve operational challenges
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure depending on business priorities
• Help shape engineering culture, architecture decisions, and product direction in an early-stage environment

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environments
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience working with APIs, asynchronous systems, webhooks, and integrations
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization
• Ability to take ownership of projects and execute independently
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for building reliable, customer-centric software products
