Role Description The Senior Full Stack Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end components. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, and optimizing application performance and security. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Day-to-day tasks include debugging issues, refactoring code, writing automated tests, and contributing to architectural decisions to support reliable, maintainable systems.
Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Solid Back-End Web Development experience using server-side languages, frameworks, and databases to build secure, scalable APIs and services.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain clean, well-documented code and collaborate effectively in code reviews and agile workflows.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or containerized environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting while communicating clearly with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead development role is preferred.
