About The Role

The role involves building and scaling user-facing products and robust backend services that power core business applications. The team focuses on delivering high-performance web experiences, developing reliable APIs, and maintaining a resilient database architecture.

The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineering disciplines to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code. The technical domain spans modern frontend frameworks, distributed microservices, and automated cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, accessible web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern state-management libraries
• Build and optimize scalable REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python
• Maintain and optimize relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and Redis, ensuring high availability and performance
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain a high level of code quality and regression protection
• Own the deployment process and monitor production systems using tools like Docker, AWS, Datadog, and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in technical design discussions, write architecture RFCs, and conduct constructive code reviews to elevate team standards
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Next.js, and CSS-in-JS libraries
• Solid understanding of relational database design, query optimization, and caching strategies
• Experience deploying and operating applications within cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL federated schemas, Kubernetes container orchestration, or building micro-frontends
