Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Bogor. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications that power the Konten.com platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the stack. The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and improving existing features. The Full Stack Developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization is a plus.
• Interest in digital content, social media, or creator-focused products is beneficial.
