About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack
Web Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack
web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and support our company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for learning new technologies, and a strong foundation in modern
web development practices. This position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, contributing directly to our innovative offerings and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar development role such as Junior Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development practices (ES6+).
- Experience working across both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of building or contributing to full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating technical concepts clearly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications utilizing JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and React.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server, or similar to manage data efficiently.
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Take ownership of features from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Support application security measures, including implementing authentication protocols and secure handling of user data.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.

The role is a permanent, office-based position working Monday to Friday, providing a stable and supportive work environment.
