Senior Full-Stack Developer | React, Supabase & AI Development

Location: Phoenix / Scottsdale, Arizona preferred

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help continue building and expanding a large enterprise SaaS platform.

Our core technology stack includes React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Supabase. AI-assisted development is also a major part of how we build software, so we're specifically looking for someone who already uses AI coding agents extensively as part of their normal development process.

This is an established production application, not an MVP. We're looking for someone who can understand an existing architecture, contribute to it, and help us move faster without unnecessarily changing what's already working.

What we're looking for

You should have strong professional experience with:

• React and TypeScript
• Supabase and PostgreSQL
• Complex relational database design
• SQL, database functions and migrations
• Row Level Security, authentication and authorization
• APIs and third-party integrations
• Real-time data integration and replication
• Git/GitHub and pull request workflows
• Enterprise SaaS development
• Application security, performance and scalability

Deep Supabase experience is particularly important.

We're not looking for someone who has simply used Supabase as a convenient backend for a few applications. You should understand Supabase and PostgreSQL at a deeper level and be comfortable working with complex data models, RLS, database functions, migrations, performance and security.

Experience developing enterprise software that has been subject to security reviews, audits, compliance requirements or penetration testing is strongly preferred.

AI-assisted development

We use AI coding agents extensively throughout our development process.

We're looking for someone who is already developing this way and understands how to use AI effectively within a large production codebase.

That means knowing how to give an agent the right context, review and validate what it produces, catch incorrect assumptions, test its work and prevent unnecessary changes or refactoring.

Simply having experience with ChatGPT, Copilot or Cursor is not what we're looking for. We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering experience with advanced AI-assisted development.

You'll work within our established development tools, architecture and processes. We're always open to better ideas, but changes to architecture or development tooling are made deliberately and collaboratively.

The role

You'll work on new features, integrations, enhancements and technical challenges across the platform.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, solve difficult problems and recognize when a change has broader architectural, database, security or performance implications.

Phoenix-area candidates are preferred. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, but we'd like someone local who can collaborate in person when it makes sense.
