About Exhibitly
We’re bringing AI to the $60B events industry that's been stuck in 2010. We're building a suite of tools that rethink how events attract, engage, and convert their audiences.
- 100+ events signed in 8 months (all inbound)
- Bootstrapped to six-figure revenue (just raised a round)
- Massive first-mover advantage (hyper-growth potential)
Why now
Our first product (hyper-personalisation for B2B event
websites) is working like a charm. Now we're building the next chapter: a much bigger product suite that will redefine the events industry.
It's massive in scope. It's ambitious in engineering. And it's being built from scratch. With your help?
What You'll Do
Build the product surface
- Ship end-to-end. From backend architecture to frontend UX
- Build and scale new products from zero. Search, dashboards, AI-powered interfaces, data-heavy flows
- AI is your second brain. Cursor, Claude, whatever ships fastest. We’re SERIOUS about this
Shape How We Build
- Help refine our stack, workflows, and technical standards
- Bring ideas. You'll have a direct hand in product and architecture decisions
- No middle layer. You work directly with the founders and the rest of the team
Accelerate our growth
- Build the infrastructure for rapidly increasing demand
- Own features end-to-end. From spec to staging to production
- Ship fast without accumulating tech debt for the fun of it
Who You Are
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Strong in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data
- AI-native developer: you code with AI as leverage
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Clear communicator with strong product intuition
Nice to haves
- Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimisation
- Hands-on work with generative AI or vector search in production
- Familiarity with Vercel workflows, CI/CD, and observability/testing tools
- Strong eye for UI/UX. You care about what you ship, not just that it works
What We Offer
- A slice of the equity pie. This is a co-builder role
- Real impact on a product scaling globally
- The chance to help engineer a category-defining product suite from zero
- Wintercircus, Ghent. Ships fast, no politics
Process
- Intro call with Hendrik (CEO). Casual chat. We share where we’re is going. You tell us what you're after.
- Technical interview with Brent (CTO). Talk shop. Stack, architecture, how you've shipped things in the past.
- Technical challenge (couple hours, on site in Ghent). Not an exam, but a way we learn how you think and operate.
- Final chat and offer.
We're looking for ROCKET SHIP BUILDERS!! If that's you, let's talk.

🙋 FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common career questions.
What does the hiring process look like?
We keep it simple: a short intro call, a role-specific interview, and a practical task. You’ll meet the
people you’ll work with, and we always give clear feedback.
Do I need event-tech or AI experience to apply?
Not necessarily. It’s helpful, but we value problem-solving, ownership, and curiosity above everything else. You’ll learn the product fast — it’s built to be simple and practical.
Where does the team work from?
We operate with a remote-friendly setup and collaborate across time zones. Some roles may require occasional in-person meetings or event travel, but we keep it flexible.
What’s it like working at Exhibitly.ai?
Fast-moving, clear priorities, and zero unnecessary complexity. We build tools that make event organisers' lives easier, and we work in the same spirit: focused, supportive, and driven by impact.
