🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and lead key features in an AI-powered application

• Design and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to improve LLM accuracy and contextual relevance

• Work hands-on with advanced technologies across backend and frontend

• Manage and technically lead a team of developers

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Data, and AI teams

• Proven experience in leading a development team

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with React (Frontend development)

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience in Prompt Engineering

• Experience developing AI-based applications

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Experience working in an Agile environment
