Company Description FlowMaestro is a visual platform for building and running
automations powered by large language models (LLMs). The platform enables teams to design, configure, and deploy complex AI workflows without deep
machine learning expertise. By combining an intuitive interface with robust
infrastructure, FlowMaestro helps organizations automate knowledge work, streamline operations, and scale AI solutions. As a growing company, FlowMaestro offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and shape the future of AI-driven
automation.
Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at FlowMaestro, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for our visual platform in a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. You will work across the stack to implement responsive user interfaces, robust APIs, and scalable
backend services that power LLM-based
automations. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with product and design to refine requirements, writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, and participating in architecture discussions. You will help integrate and optimize interactions with LLMs, improve application performance and reliability, and contribute to development best practices and documentation. You will also support monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement of the platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
