2. About the Opportunity: The Software Development Engineer role is responsible for designing and developing software applications to support the organization's digital health initiatives. This position contributes by analyzing user needs, creating technical solutions, improving existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and performance.

3. Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements
• Prepare technical design documentation and evaluate solution feasibility
• Update existing software applications to improve performance and reliability
• Write and review high-quality code and conduct unit and automation testing
• Develop and deploy application components, supporting testing and bug fixes
• Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Support applications, systems, and databases related to health activities such as prescriptions and claims
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, code reviews, and quality assurance

4. Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Two years of relevant experience, including:
• One year in Java, Python, or Node.js; Agile methodologies or SAFe principles; SQL or SAS; visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau; health data management processes, including data standards and privacy
• Six months in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or BigQuery; data quality monitoring; data interpretation and trends; creation of data visualizations and dashboards; backend service development and code reviews

5. Required Skills:

• Software development experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js
• Familiarity with SQL or SAS
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau

6. Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of data quality monitoring
• Skills in creating data visualizations and dashboards

7. Salary Range and Compensation Package:

• $106,475.00/year to $158,620.00/year base salary
• Eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs
• Participation in the organization's stock award program
