Product Development and Platform Delivery

Our initial product focus: an AI-native platform connecting company knowledge with business development and project workflows. We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver complete product capabilities and contribute to our other projects as priorities evolve. You’ll report to our CTO, who leads architecture and engineering priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing features with React/Next.js and TypeScript, including onboarding, permissions, review screens and workflow progress or error states.
• Develop Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL data models, integrations and background jobs; enforce tenant isolation, authorization and audit trails.
• Connect AI services to usable product experiences, including document handling, human review, versioned Implement automated tests, CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring, backups and rollback procedures within the architecture agreed with our CTO.
• Improve existing code, investigate production issues and document reusable components. Own features from scoping through release and user feedback.

Required qualifications

• A track record of shipping full-stack web products; strong TypeScript, React/Next.js and Node.js skills across frontend and backend.
• Practical PostgreSQL, schema migration, API integration, authentication and authorization experience; ability to reason about data consistency.
• Experience with queues, Docker and cloud deployment; ability to build CI/CD pipelines and diagnose failures using logs and metrics.
• Unit, integration and end-to-end testing skills; sound product judgment, independent problem-solving and clear documentation. Ability to use English technical resources.

Preferred experience

Supabase, Redis/BullMQ, multi-tenant SaaS, AI product integrations or accessible interface design. Experience adapting shared components to different products is valuable.

Working with us and applying
