Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing web applications. The role involves translating business and technical requirements into scalable user interfaces while collaborating with designers, backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and front-end architectures.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
• Implement state management, routing, form handling, and client-side validation where required.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code following established development standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to frontend architecture and development standards.
• Stay current with React ecosystem developments, frontend technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development principles.
• Experience with React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable UI development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and frontend-backend integration.
• Understanding of Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm, or similar frontend development technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and libraries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
