Role Description The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions across front-end and back-end systems. This position involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical designs and high-quality code. Day-to-day tasks include building responsive user interfaces, implementing robust APIs and microservices, integrating with databases and third-party services, and optimizing performance and security. The engineer will participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring other team members. The role also includes troubleshooting production issues, improving development workflows, and staying current with modern web technologies and engineering best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, accessible UIs.
• Hands-on Back-End Web Development experience, including RESTful API design, database integration, and server-side frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining scalable applications.
• Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and make sound technical decisions in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
