Role Overview:

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will not just be writing code—you will be at the forefront of the generative AI revolution in education technology. Working closely with our CTO, you will take ownership of the application development roadmap and drive the launch of intelligent, AI-first features that impact millions of students across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CTO to design, develop, and launch new AI-enhanced platform features and intelligent modules
• Support the development and eventually take ownership of the application roadmap, including AI-integrated feature planning, technical research, and prioritization
• Develop core modules with clean, scalable architecture using Node.js/Express.js and Vue.js/React.js to support future AI integrations
• Design meaningful data pipelines and AI-driven dashboards to monitor internal metrics and track strategic performance across products and regions
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle, operating closely like a forward-deployed engineer to shape AI-guided UX/UI elements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, ideally within fast-paced startup environments, tech consultancies, or software houses
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and modern UI frameworks like Vue.js or React.js (3+ years of hands-on experience)
• Strong experience with MongoDB (or similar), specifically in designing schemas to support high-volume data queries, analytics, or AI models
• Solid understanding of integrating AI modules or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) and collaborating on repositories involving data/ML workflows
• Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills, with full fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked closely with founders or product teams in B2B SaaS
