2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack is responsible for designing, building, and scaling user-facing web applications that form the core of the organization’s product. This role combines backend engineering expertise with frontend development skills to create high-quality, user-centric software solutions. The position works closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into impactful features, contributing significantly to the product’s success and the users’ experience.


3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and develop features addressing user needs

• Design and implement end-to-end product functionalities connecting backend and frontend systems

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, including REST and GraphQL

• Build and optimize frontend components using frameworks like React focused on usability and performance

• Design and manage relational database schemas, particularly with PostgreSQL

• Participate in technical design discussions to create pragmatic solutions aligned with product objectives

• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful feature delivery, rollout, and iteration

• Mentor engineers to promote a strong product mindset and user-centric approach


4. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience with production web applications

• Proficient in backend service and API development (REST and/or GraphQL)

• Skilled in frontend development with React or similar frameworks, including component design and state management

• Experience with service-to-service communication patterns, both synchronous and asynchronous

• Strong knowledge of relational database design and data modeling, especially PostgreSQL

• Demonstrated ability to deliver product features from design to rollout and iteration

• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and designers

• Strong technical design, system thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in team environments

• Experience mentoring other engineers
