Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Benito Juárez, CMX, offers a mix of on-site collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements. As a Frontend Engineer or Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power mroads’ HR and workforce solutions, including Paññã. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating front-end components with back-end services, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. The role also involves contributing to technical documentation, improving development processes, and staying current with modern web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, Responsive Web Design, and user-centric UI implementation.
• Expertise in GraphQL, NodeJs, ReactJS, NextJs & Nodejs
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building and integrating APIs, managing server-side logic, and working with databases as part of web application architectures.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as writing clean, maintainable code, using version control (e.g., Git), and applying testing and debugging practices.
• Candidates should possess Web Development skills that cover end-to-end delivery of web solutions, including deployment, performance optimization, and security considerations.
• Beneficial qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with AI-driven or data-intensive applications, and prior work on HR or enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a hybrid work environment are essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
