About the Opportunity:

The FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER role focuses on building responsive, user-friendly web applications and integrating them with scalable backend services. This position is essential for delivering reliable software that meets product requirements and improves fuel industry operations. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions that enhance user experience and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Convert wireframes and product requirements into reusable front-end components
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services with Java and Spring Boot
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Write and optimize SQL queries for application functionality and data integrity
• Enhance application speed, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineers throughout development
• Write clean, testable, documented code and participate in code reviews
• Use Git, npm, and related tools for version control and build automation
• Troubleshoot defects and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Stay updated on modern front-end, back-end, and user-experience practices

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of professional software development experience with strong front-end skills
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Node.js and npm workflows
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for backend API development
• Strong SQL skills for efficient database querying
• Experience integrating web applications with RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus
• Proficient with Git or similar version-control systems
• Understanding of responsive design, usability, browser compatibility, and front-end performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development environments
• Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
• Knowledge of AWS or another cloud platform
• Experience with browser debugging and performance testing tools
• Understanding of secure coding, API authentication, and scalable application design
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
