Position: Mid-Level Fullstack Developer
Location: Full Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Mid-Level Fullstack Developer with a T-shaped profile, combining strong fullstack development skills with a broad understanding of complementary technical areas to collaborate effectively across disciplines. The role involves developing and maintaining .NET web applications, contributing to
Agile/SCRUM delivery, supporting production systems, participating in customer implementations, and helping evolve existing solutions through new technologies such as AI. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership and coordinating activities within a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing .NET web applications and backend solutions using MSSQL.
- Contribute to the design, refinement, and implementation of technical solutions within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Participate in customer-driven developments, regulatory changes, internal system improvements, and change requests.
- Analyze incidents and service requests, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure successful delivery and sign-off within sprints.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system documentation, processes, and test scripts.
- Support requirements gathering and clarification with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze, document, and translate business and customer needs into technical solutions and development proposals.
- Contribute to customer implementations and onboarding activities.
- Support the prioritization of team activities and help coordinate work across developers and testers.
- Act as a point of contact for technical questions related to systems, platforms, and architecture.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing solutions and processes.
- Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and approaches, including AI.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint objectives and continuous improvement.
- Follow established development, change management, security, and governance processes.
- Plan and manage assigned activities independently, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support for critical production issues when required.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with C# / .NET and .NET Core MVC.
- Experience with MSSQL, Entity Framework, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps, including builds, releases, and pipelines.
- Experience with Git, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Application Insights, and Redis.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, including Vanilla JavaScript and/or jQuery.
- Experience securing web applications.
- Knowledge of API Management.
- Experience with Logic Apps, Data Factory, or Cosmos DB is a plus.
- Knowledge of ARM templates is a plus.
- PHP experience is a plus.
- Experience with legacy systems and technologies, including PHP and .NET Framework.
- Experience with AWS, TeamCity, PowerShell, Jira, or GitLab is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software development principles.
- Experience with reverse engineering and functional code analysis.
