As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our B2B2C platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will help us enhance our strategic partnerships, such as those with Equifax and YMCA Atlanta, by integrating powerful business-level features into our consumer-facing app. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building impactful products that serve real customer needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a paid software engineer, ideally working on software-centric products or within a software development agency.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of server technologies and HTTP protocols.
- Experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development frameworks.
- Solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency with databases, particularly MongoDB Atlas, and familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
- Experience with identity management solutions like Auth0 and infrastructure as code practices.
- Excellent written English communication skills and basic conversational English proficiency to facilitate team collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to work full-time within three hours of US EST time zone.
- Lead the design and architecture of core systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
