As part of our team, you will work on developing and maintaining a variety of web applications, APIs, and data processing scripts that support our data-driven initiatives. Your work will directly impact the enhancement of customer relationships, operational efficiency, and market share growth. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with over five years of professional experience in modern software development. Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using AWS or GCP is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a proactive approach to learning emerging AI tools are highly valued.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, Java, and Python. Your tasks will include translating user requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product managers and designers, and building reusable, scalable components and libraries. You will optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring a seamless user experience. Troubleshooting and debugging existing systems to enhance performance and stability will be part of your routine. You will also integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services, manage code deployment through GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices. Additionally, you will promote effective team practices, contribute to shaping team culture, and mentor junior team members. Your role includes evaluating emerging technologies, applying AI tooling to improve workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
