WHAT YOU'LL DO

System Support & Ops

• Deploy, configure, and run day-to-day support for our HIS
• Triage and resolve issues for physicians, nurses, and department staff so clinical workflows never stall
• Work directly with vendors to investigate bugs and drive system-level improvements

Data & Development

• Write and optimize SQL Server queries for dynamic, financial, and statistical reports
• Build internal tools and applications with Angular, ReactJS, and/or Python for new hospital initiatives

On-Call Support

• Participate in the IT team's on-call rotation, including nights and holidays
• Handle after-hours incidents: HIS issues, hardware failures, network outages, and peripheral devices

Other Responsibilities

• Take on additional tasks assigned by your manager
• Follow hospital policies and medical data security standards at all times
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a related field

SQL

• Strong understanding of data structures
• Comfortable writing and optimizing complex SQL Server queries

Development

• Hands-on experience with Angular, ReactJS, or Python
• You've built real projects—not just completed tutorials

Healthcare Domain

• Familiar with HIS platforms
• Quick to learn clinical and para-clinical workflows

Troubleshooting

• Solid hardware and networking fundamentals
• Confident handling on-call incidents independently

Mindset

• High ownership
• Calm under pressure (including 2 AM pages)
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to medical staff
