RemotePeople is partnering with an established German technology consultancy delivering mission-critical software for some of Europe's most recognised automotive manufacturers. They build and maintain the systems that keep commercial vehicle fleets moving — and they're growing their Greek team to do more of it.

We're looking for a full-stack developer to join a live, production-grade fleet management platform for one of Europe's leading automotive groups. This is not a side project or a proof of concept — your code will run in real automotive operations from day one.

You'll be part of an international team spread across Germany and Greece, working fully remotely from wherever you are in Greece, under a Greek project lead who keeps things close, flat and collaborative.

What you'll be building

• React.js frontends that fleet operators use every day
• Java backend services powering business-critical logic and REST APIs
• Cloud infrastructure on AWS — deployed, monitored and maintained in production

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong React.js skills — you're comfortable owning frontend features end to end
• Solid Java backend experience — REST APIs, clean architecture, production systems
• Hands-on AWS knowledge — you know your way around core services
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
• Git as a natural part of how you work
• Based in Greece · Fluent English

Bonus points for experience with Hibernate or Spring, Python scripting, fleet or automotive systems, or AWS certifications — none of these are dealbreakers.
