RemotePeople is partnering with an established German technology consultancy delivering mission-critical software for some of Europe's most recognised automotive manufacturers. They build and maintain the systems that keep commercial vehicle fleets moving — and they're growing their Greek team to do more of it.

We're looking for a full-stack developer to join a live, production-grade fleet management platform for one of Europe's leading automotive groups. Features built by this team are presented directly to end customers around the world, so quality and craftsmanship genuinely matter here — this is not a side project or a proof of concept.

You'll join a fully integrated Greek engineering team, working 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece, under a project lead based in Germany. A dedicated design agency owns UI/UX, so you'll be working from well-refined, high-quality user stories rather than starting from a blank page.

What you'll be building

• React.js frontends used directly by fleet operators and, ultimately, by customers around the world
• Java / Spring Boot backend services and microservices powering core business logic and REST APIs
• Automated test coverage — the team is increasingly looking for developers comfortable writing their own automated tests (REST Assured for backend API testing) alongside feature work
• Cloud infrastructure on AWS — deployed, monitored and maintained in production

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong React.js skills — you're comfortable owning frontend features end to end
• Solid Java / Spring Boot backend experience — REST APIs, microservices, clean architecture
• Hands-on AWS knowledge — you know your way around core services
• Comfortable with, or keen to grow into, automated testing (unit, integration, API-level)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
• Git as a natural part of how you work
• Based in Greece · Fluent English
